Kitchen-living room in the courtyard and castle with sofa bed, modernly equipped kitchen with cozy dining area, ceramic hob, oven with integrated microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, toaster, ample dishes and cookware, bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, separate WC, natural wood flooring, bed linen and towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, tea towels and garbage bags are also provided, safe, cable TV, terrace.
ATTANTION: Our whole house is a non-smoking area. Please use the terrace for smoking.

useful information
Pets: We charge € 12,– per day for dogs without food. We have prepared a feeding bowl and a blanket for your darling.
Reservation & deposit: Your reservation becomes binding upon receipt of your written confirmation and a deposit of approximately 40 % of the total amount excluding local tax per booking via bank transfer.
Check in & check out: The apartments are ready after 4 p.m. on your day of arrival. Please ckeck in by 7 p.m., please send a message or call if you will be arriving later. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9 a.m.
Local taxes: € 3,70 / person and day, children up to the age of 14 are free.
End of stay cleaning: The final cleaning is charged once at € 100,– in the Apart HOF and Apart BURG and € 110,– in the Apart TURM.
Payment: We only accept cash at Apart Tirol.
Cancellations Terms: According to the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.
We allow cancellations just in writing. Bookings cancelled 12 weeks prior to the planned start of a stay you get your deposit back less a handling fee of € 50,– per booking. Cancellations within 3 months to 1 month prior to the start of the holiday are subject to a fee of 40 % of the total booking price, within 1 month to 1 week, cancellations incure a 70 % fee, cancellations of less than a week are subject to a fee of 90 % of the total booking price. At belated arrival or previous departure we do not grant reductions. We strongly recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance!
