FACILITIES OF APARTEMENTS
Living-dining room with pull-out couch and cozy dining area, wardrobe, well equipped kitchen (ceramic cooking top with 4 burners, refrigerator, coffee machine, water cooker, dishwasher and detergent, oven/microwave, utensils for eating and cooking, dish towel), hair dryer, soap, cosmetic mirror, telephone, safe, cabel TV, W-LAN, bed linens and towels provided, heat and electric included!
ATTANTION: Our whole house is a non-smoking area. Please use the terrace for smoking.
Dogs are not allowed in the Apart Turm!

Short stay surcharge: up to 3 days we charge € 12,– / person and day in summer and € 15,– / person and day in winter.
Reduction for children (in the parents room):Ages up to 2 years free | 3 to 5 years 70% | 6 to 12 years 50% | 13 to 16 years 30%Baby bed and baby's high chair for infants and toddlers on request!
Pets: We charge € 12,– per day for dogs without food. We have prepared a feeding bowl and a blanket for your darling.
Reservation & deposit: Upon receipt of your written confirmation and a deposit of approximately 30 % of the total amount without the resort tax per booking by bank transfer, you will receive a written reservation confirmation and thus your reservation is binding.
Check in & check out: The apartments are ready after 4 p.m. on your day of arrival.
Please ckeck in by 7 p.m., please send a message or call if you will be arriving later. Please check out by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
Local taxes: € 2,60 / person and day, children up to the age of 14 are free.
From November 1st, 2025 the local tax will increase to € 3.70/person and day.
End of stay cleaning: The final cleaning is charged once at € 100,– in the Apart HOF and Apart BURG and € 110,– in the Apart TURM.
Payment: We only accept cash at Apart Tirol.
Cancellations Terms: According to the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.
We allow cancellations just in writing. Bookings cancelled 12 weeks prior to the planned start of a stay you get your deposit back less a handling fee of € 50,– per booking. Cancellations within 3 months to 1 month prior to the start of the holiday are subject to a fee of 40 % of the total booking price, within 1 month to 1 week, cancellations incure a 70 % fee, cancellations of less than a week are subject to a fee of 90 % of the total booking price. At belated arrival or previous departure we do not grant reductions. We strongly recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance!
