Pets: We charge € 15,– per day for dogs without food. We have prepared a feeding bowl and a blanket for your darling.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire hotel. Smoking is permitted on the terrace and balconies.
Reservation & deposit: Your reservation is binding upon receipt of your written confirmation and a deposit of € 200,– per room by bank transfer.
Local taxes: € 3,70 / person and day, children up to the age of 14 are free.
Payment: We only accept cash at Hotel Tirol as well as EC cards (Maestro).
Cancellations Terms: According to the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.
We allow cancellations just in writing. Bookings cancelled 12 weeks prior to the planned start of a stay you get your deposit back less a handling fee of € 50,– per booking. Cancellations within 3 months to 1 month prior to the start of the holiday are subject to a fee of 40 % of the total booking price, within 1 month to 1 week, cancellations incure a 70 % fee, cancellations of less than a week are subject to a fee of 90 % of the total booking price. At belated arrival or previous departure we do not grant reductions. We strongly recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance!

Modern, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven with integrated microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, ample dishes and cookware, comfortable large seating area with dining table. Partially carpeted and with natural wood flooring. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, and bin bags are also provided. Safe, large flat-screen TV with cable, south-facing balcony.

Check in & check out: The apartments are available from 2 pm. Earlier check-in is possible by prior arrangement. If you plan to arrive after 7 pm, please let us know. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9 am.

End of stay cleaning: The final cleaning is charged once per apartment at € 110.00.
