Short stay surcharge: up to 3 days we charge € 12,– / person and day in summer and € 15,– / person and day in winter.
Reduction for children (in the parents room):

Baby bed and baby's high chair for infants and toddlers on request!
Pets: We charge € 10,– per day for dogs without food. Please bring your own dog blanket or basket.
Reservation & deposit: Your reservation is binding upon receipt of your written confirmation and a deposit of € 200,– per room by bank transfer.
Check in & check out: The apartments are ready after 2 p.m. on your day of arrival.
Please ckeck in by 7 p.m., please send a message or call if you will be arriving later. Please check out by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
Local taxes: € 2,60 / person and day, children up to the age of 14 are free.
End of stay cleaning: The end-of-stay cleaning fee will be settled one-time with € 90,– per apartment in summer and € 100,– per apartment in winter.
Payment: We only accept cash at Hotel Tirol as well as EC cards (Maestro).
Cancellations Terms: According to the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.
We allow cancellations just in writing. Bookings cancelled 12 weeks prior to the planned start of a stay you get your deposit back less a handling fee of € 50,– per booking. Cancellations within 3 months to 1 month prior to the start of the holiday are subject to a fee of 40 % of the total booking price, within 1 month to 1 week, cancellations incure a 70 % fee, cancellations of less than a week are subject to a fee of 90 % of the total booking price. At belated arrival or previous departure we do not grant reductions. We strongly recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance!
CORONA EXCEPTION: If, due to the pandemic, departure from the home country and/or entry to Austria/Tyrol is prohibited by the respective government for the booked travel period or is only possible under compliance with a home quarantine on entry and/or return, the stay can be canceled or postponed free of charge.
